Marco IPA

Our original 7.0% American IPA features El Dorado and Simcoe hops. “Burnt Orange” in color, it has a substantial and complex malt profile. Powerful aromatics of tropical fruit and pine, from extensive dry hopping, will welcome you. A warm, bready malt character quickly washes away the initial bitterness, and then gives way to the resinous hops. Overall, a well balanced and full-bodied IPA with complexity in both the malt and hop profiles.

Coffee Milk Stout

Inspired by Cafe’ Cubano, this 5.9% American stout is brewed with lactose and Huila Acevedo coffee beans from our friends at Flat Track Coffee Roasters. The beans produce a soft, sweet, savory profile with hints of cherry that pair perfectly with the beers’ creamy texture and burnt sugar notes. Rotating seasonal coffee varieties will be used with each new batch. Stay tuned for more details!

Parks & Rec Pale Ale

For this beer we utilized a proprietary blend of four different hop varieties highlighting Centennial hops. The result is a beer that’s crisp, citrusy, and incredibly balanced. 5.6% ABV

We’re excited to continue Andrew Zilker’s spirit of philanthropy by donating a portion of the sales proceeds from the “Parks & Rec” to the Austin Parks Foundation.

Tafelbier (Summer Seasonal)

Flemish for Table Beer, this straw colored Belgian session ale provides the complexities of a Belgian beer without the intoxicating efficacy of its high alcohol brethren.  You’ll find it dry, complex, and quaffable. 3.8% ABV.  [draft only]

Session IPA (summer seasonal)

Light, crisp, and hop forward, this tweener ale has the drinkability of a pale ale and the hoppy punch of an IPA. A simple malt bill anchored by organic pilsner allows the house yeast and American hops to shine through, producing the piney and citrusy flavor and aroma you expect from an American IPA, and of course it’s dry hopped. 5.5% ABV. [draft only]

Festbier (Fall Seasonal)

Not to be confused with its maltier sibling, the Marzen lager; this golden modern day Oktoberfest style lager is the preferred style for the Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, Germany.  It’s crisp yet malt forward mouthfeel is achieved using a 3-step mash process and a thorough fermentation and lagering schedule. 5.5% ABV [draft only]
