• Ensures that all guests have an AWESOME experience, and are EXCITED to come back.
• Explain our beverage offerings to guests which may include informing them of ingredients, the brewing process, and answering general questions.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked taproom. 
• Perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education.

A passion for beverages and hospitality

Ability to operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions.

Able to stand/walk for 100% of the shift.

Able to work with a sense of urgency while still maintaining an attention to detail

Able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.

Able to lift 55+ pounds

A knowledge of beer and/or cocktails is not required but preferred.
