Content Planning
- Develop engaging Social Media content schedules aligned with business objectives and promotion priorities (taproom beer launches, distribution, events, etc.)
- Ideate all content concepts to support the schedule, bring new and creative ideas to life
- Identify social media trends and create quick turn content to leverage them
- Measure impact of Social Media; evaluate results and recommend changes to strategies, use analytics to inform content making decisions
- Create a bi-weekly newsletter using Mailchimp
Content Capture
- Capture content using DSLR and iPhone to deliver timely content coverage for Zilker Brewing Co. as a whole, that can work across multiple platforms (stories, reels, posts, tweets, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members (brewers, production, taproom staff and managers) as necessary to coordinate and produce content
Content Editing & Sharing
- Work collaboratively with the team to understand and communicate details behind process, ingredients, tasting notes, collab inspiration, community events etc.
- Ensure photo and video content is high quality, consistent, and edited to be aligned with brand aesthetics
- Craft copywriting that represents the brand voice of Zilker Brewing Co. for social media posts and other digital outlets (web, article features, etc.)
- Update the menus on Wordpress weekly to reflect our Taproom offerings
Community Engagement
- Engage with audiences across social media platforms (i.e., responding to comments, answering questions, supporting accounts online) to provide stellar customer service and community support in a timely manner
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and technology updates, such as new features, algorythim updates and new platforms
- Stay up to date on current events impacting the local community and online conversations
- Manage all online accounts: Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, Do512, TikTok, Wordpress
